Minimax Innova Water Softener

What is the Minimax Innova?

The Minimax Innova is a next-generation water softener manufactured by Harvey Water Softeners, designed and hand-built in Woking, Surrey. With its twin cylinder design, it delivers softened water 24/7 with no interruptions — and because it’s completely non-electric, there’s no need to hire an electrician or worry about timers and complicated programming.

It’s the smallest twin cylinder water softener on the market, able to fit under a standard British kitchen sink. All you need to do is keep it topped up with Mini Curve salt blocks — no service appointments required.

The Minimax Innova comes with a 10-year parts warranty, so you can be confident it’s built to last.

01

Smart Metering — Efficient

Smart shuttle metering and displacement meters measure water usage to the drop, triggering accurate regeneration that saves on salt and water. This keeps running costs low while maintaining maximum flow rates.
02

Made in Britain — Reliable

Designed, hand-built and individually tested in Woking, Surrey for over 40 years. Every unit is tested to a million cycles — 200 times above the British standard of 5,000 cycles.
03

Eco Cabinet — Sustainable

The UK's first eco-friendly water softener, with a cabinet made from 62% recycled plastic sourced from contact lens moulds — saving 84 tonnes of plastic waste each year.

i-Lid Monitoring & Mini Curve Salt Blocks

Minimax i-Lid

The Minimax Innova features the new i-Lid, which monitors salt levels, battery life and WiFi signal, syncing with the myHarvey app so you never have to check manually. Get notified when it’s time to top up salt, replace batteries, or if the lid’s been left open — you can even order more salt straight from the app. The i-Lid comes with a 3-year warranty as standard.

Mini Curve Salt Blocks

The redesigned Mini Curve salt block is 47% lighter and easier to carry, while increasing the softener’s salt capacity to 4 blocks (up from 2 in previous models). All salt meets the Grade A BS EN 973 standard with 99%+ purity.
