Terry and his son James installed a Kinetico water softener and a drinking water system a couple of months ago. Terry was super helpful from initial contact, quick to respond to all my queries and overall provided a fantastic service. A very reliable company and I would highly recommend.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, as I've now had my water softener for nearly 3 years. Terry and James were fantastic from my first enquiry to them 3 years all the way through to now. They set the standard for how every business should be run. Every email was replied to very quickly and they were so helpful in helping me choose a softener that would be right and visited me to check everything would fit and quote me for it. When it came to instalation date they were punctual, efficient and tidy. There was some pipework that needed to be changed to allow the softener to fit and honestly I've never seen plumbing done to such a high level. They installed a new tap and fitted the pipes so I could turn the soft water off if needed. 3 years on and the softener is still amazing. I order my salt from them and it arrives so quickly I'm amazed everything at the speed they operate. The true sign of a great business I feel is in the aftercare and Aqua Sensation is 10 out of 10. I've had one issue with the lid on my softener and Terry and James were out to fix it the next day. I would without a doubt recommend Aqua Sensation if you're looking fir a water softener. Terry recently installed a Kinetico Premier water softener system in my new home. Having enjoyed soft water for the past 10 years in my previous property (also supplied and installed by Aqua Sensation), I knew I couldn't go back to hard water! Terry recommended the Kinetico Premier system because it's the most appropriate model for my property and usage. Aqua Sensation never give their customers - new or existing - a hard sell, important to note that. Terry arrived on time and installed the system expertly and very neatly. He gave me a comprehensive induction and left the kitchen clean and tidy. He's a very polite and professional individual, and showed respect for my new home. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Aqua Sensation, you won't regret it.

Terry and his family paid us a visit mid-July to install a Kinetico water softener and a drinking water system. They were punctual, had excellent communications, very considerate and clean when they were working, and were definitely problem solvers which is essential with the older houses we have in the area. It's been over 2 months since the installation and we've had literally 0 issues with great water both to use and drink. Would recommend 100% without a hitch.

Terry and his family set the standard for service. Other companies should take note. We had a water softener installed in our home, and whilst there were a couple of issues, Terry was around straight away to fix them. Couldn't recommend them enough. Sure, the softeners don't come cheap, but having had a cheaper one in our previous home, it's well worth it. Coupled with the fantastic aftercare, it's proving to be a no-brainer
